Egg fried rice with leftover rice || Madhuri
Ingredients:
1) Egg - 1 2) Salt – ½ spoon 3) Red chili powder – 1spoon 4) Turmeric powder - pinch 5) Chopped onions – 1cup 6) Chopped Green Chilly – 4 7) Oil – 1spoon 8) Ghee – 1Big spoon 9) Garam masala – ½ spoon 10) Boiled Rice – 1cup
Procedure:
1. Heat the pan and add Ghee, oil into the pan. 2. After heating the both oils add onions and green chilly. 3. Fry both ingredients when it turns to golden brown color . 4. After that break the egg into the onions, fry it well. 5. After that add a cup of boiled rice into the egg mixture. 6. Now add all spices into rice like Red chili powder, Salt Garam masala, Turmeric powder. 7. Fry all the ingredients to gather, fry 2 more minutes in medium flame. 8. Switch of the flame and serve into a plate, enjoy with chopped onions
