Minapa Garelu || మినప గారెలు || Madhuri
Ingredients:
1) Black Gram – 1cup 2) Salt – 1spoon 3) Chopped onions - 2 4) Chopped Green Chilly – 4 5) Water – required 6) Oil – For deep Fry 7) Cumin seeds – 1 spoon

Procedure:
1. Sock the Black gram in water for 3hrs. 2. After socking Wash it well. 3. Now take blender add black gram, salt and little bit of water mix like smooth paste. 4. Now add onions, green chilly, cumin seeds to the batten then mix it well. 5. Heat the oil for deep fry. 6. Take small balls shape it to round in hand or plastic cover. 7. Drop carefully in hot oil, fry up to golden brown color. 8. Enjoy with any chutney.
