Tomato Methi Rice || Madhuri

Ingredients:
1. Chopped Onions - 2 2. Rice - 2 cups 3. Water - 3 cups 4. Tomato - 1/4 kg 5. Capsicum - 1 6. Green chilly - 4 7. Methi leaf’s - 2 cups 8. Potato - 1 9. Salt - 1 spoon 10. Red chili powder - 1 spoon 11. Ghee - 1 spoon 12. Oil - 2 spoons 13. Garam masala - 1/2 spoon 14. Ginger garlic paste - 1 spoon

Procedure:
1) Put pressure cooker on stove, then heat for 1min. 2) Add 1spoon of cumin seeds fry it well. 3) Then add chopped onions fry for a minutes. 4) After that add potatoes, methi seeds and ginger garlic paste, fry all the ingredients well 5) Now add chopped tomato’s cook it well up to the oil will floating on top. 6) After that add salt, red chili powder, and garam masala, mix all the ingredients to gather. 7) Now add rice and water into the gravy, mix all the ingredients well. 8) Close the pressure cooker and wait for 4 vessels. 9) After that mix it well and enjoy with raita.
