INGREDIENTS :
1. Rice - 1cup 2. Fresh coconut paste - 2spoons 3. Oil - 4 spoons 4. Salt - 1spoon
PROCEDURE :
1. Wash the rice well, then Sock it for 3 hours. 2. After that take one mixture jar add socked rice, fresh coconut, and salt. 3. Mix all the ingredients well, like smooth paste. 4. After that add more water prepare the batter like dosa batter. 5. Now put a pan on stove then heat it well. 6. After that spread the dosa in round shape. 7. Fry it well. 8. Tasty neer dosa was ready, enjoy the dosa with any chutney.
